Republica has it all! Latin American Cuisine, Elevated Dining, Rooftop Experiences and Vibrant Nightlife. Republica was founded in 2017 and has become the most well-known Restaurant and Lounge in all of Upper Manhattan and Washington Heights for almost 10 years. Only Republica has a year-round heated rooftop lounge. Our idea was simple. If you’re in Washington Heights, Dyckman or Upper Manhattan, you deserve a place where you could eat the best food, toast your friends with a great cocktail and enjoy yourself without traveling far or changing locations!

You won’t find another restaurant and lounge that has three floors and a rooftop in Washington Heights, Dyckman or Upper Manhattan. Each floor has its own feel. You can start with dinner in La Casita on the first floor, then enjoy dinner, music, cocktails with a private room or large party in our Indoor Dining Lounge on the second floor. And when you’re ready to enjoy the rest of your evening, the Rooftop is where it happens! Plus, Republica has the only rooftop in Upper Manhattan and Washington Heights open year round with heating!

Celebrations are a big part of Republica. Enjoy any kind of celebration with us, from birthdays, dinners, showers, Sweet 16, brunches, holiday parties, corporate parties and events and or just an intimate private event. We’re ready to host you on any of our three floors. Republica can host group parties of up to 500 persons. If the big event isn't your style and you’re just looking for a quiet and fun night out with friends, we also offer private tables. But, if you’re looking for a larger party you can book an entire floor, two floors, or all three floors! The best part of any event is that at Republica we always curate your event. From floral arrangements, to custom designed menus, to furniture arrangement. We’ll ensure you and your guests always have a great time.

Republica is an approved NYC DOE (New York City Department of Education) catering vendor. We cater in all five New York City boroughs. Contact us if you’re looking to book lunches, meeting events or school events for any NYC DOE office or location. Our events catering can either happen at Republica, or we will come on site to your location. To make your event easy, we always offer set up.

We are open every day of the week. On weekends we stay late to enjoy the night with you! So come early for dinner, or celebrate a birthday, stay for our rooftop party, then head on downstairs where the party continues!
